Registration and Deadline
Papers and/or posters should be presented in the official languages of the Congress: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, German, and English. Each participant is required to submit to the electronic address of the Scientific Secretariat of the Congress (email@example.com) the title of his/her paper, an abstract of maximum 250 words, the session in which he/she would like to register in, as well as his/her personal and institutional information. The deadline for submitting the proposals is Janury 15th, 2018. The proposals will be evaluated by the National and approved by the International Scientific Committee. Scientific Committee. Once all the proposals are accepted, the results of the evaluations will be communicated in March 2018 and the program will be finalized.
The papers should have a maximum length of 10 mns and the discussion of all the papers will take place at the end of each session. Regarding the posters, one single session will be scheduled to allow the authors to present their case studies. The format of the poster is 100 x 70 cm and specific editorial norms approved by the Organizing and the International Scientific Committee will have to apply. The latter will be published once the total number of accepted posters is known.
Themes based on illegal excavations and studies of objects purchased on the Antiquities market will not be accepted.
Registration fees will be €150 for papers and posters independent of the number of authors. Only the first author will receive a copy of the Congress Proceedings and will be entitled to partake in the offered meals and to join organized trips. However, if several authors of a paper or poster are participating in the congress they will be allowed to share in these events for a reduced fees of €75 (per person). The registration fees will have to be paid within a month after the acceptance of the proposal by the Scientific Committee and its communication to the author(s).
Finally, students interested in participating in the Congress can register and receive a certificate of assistance and they will be exempted from paying the fees.

When the registration is completed the payment receipt will be given to the secretariat of the Congress: firstname.lastname@example.org
